ALL ABOUT CAKES
I started making cakes at the age of 14, I loved being in the kitchen as often as I could with my mum making a variety of desserts. As I got older I started making cakes for family and friends. Before long I was actually getting requests for cakes and earning money doing what I loved! I am self taught and have learnt so much from watching baking shows, reading books and watching videos on YouTube!
Over the last 10 years I have made over 500 cakes from all occasions from weddings to christenings and hen parties to anniversaries.
I also offer afternoon teas available to collect locally.
As they contain such a variety of fresh cakes and pastries I am unable to make just one or two as I would yield too much wastage, I have to make several all for collection on the same day.
